Strategy & Operations Associate, Driver Quality (Logistics)

Location: Remote within the United States; no office hub requirement.

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 per year, plus equity compensation.

What you will do

• Own execution of driver supply quality programs supporting strategic customer accounts.
• Investigate root causes of driver quality issues and develop scalable fixes.
• Manage the external BPO team, including SOPs, training, and quality standards.
• Continuously improve driver quality programs and operational processes.
• Partner with Growth, Revenue Operations, and other teams to resolve issues before they cause churn.
• Use spreadsheets and SQL to analyze data, generate insights, and support operational decisions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, strategy, or program management.
• Experience in a fast-moving marketplace, logistics, or startup environment is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose root causes and select effective operational levers.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and holding external partners accountable.
• Ability to create clear, well-structured SOPs and drive solutions through ambiguity.
• Data-first approach with practical experience using spreadsheets and SQL.

Nice to have

• Startup experience.
• Experience applying AI or automation tools to operational workflows.
• Strong SQL skills beyond basic querying.
