Growth & Expansion Associate

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA, with travel to new markets 40% of the time

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 estimated base salary per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Help define the expansion strategy, establish north star KPIs, and execute initiatives that bring the care program to new geographies and families.
• Build and implement the expansion playbook and scalable operational processes.
• Design systems and continuously refine processes to support rapid growth and operational excellence.
• Balance patient experience with varying regulatory requirements across the United States.
• Partner with operations, clinical, and product teams to shape the company roadmap.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of operational or strategy experience in consulting, banking, private equity, a startup, or a fast-paced company.
• Experience building and structuring on-the-ground operations teams.
• Strong project management, recruiting, and operational leadership skills.
• Experience setting strategic direction and executing toward measurable goals.
• Experience with business analytics, metrics, and data-informed decision-making.
• Availability to work in a hybrid role based in San Francisco and travel to new markets 40% of the time.
