Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work required. Occasional travel to company offsites in New York and London is expected for less than 10% of the time.

Salary: $185,000–$275,000 annually, plus equity in the form of stock options.

What you will do

• Architect, build, and scale high-impact applications across the frontend and backend.
• Design user-centric interfaces and responsive web applications.
• Build robust RESTful APIs and operationalize data pipelines.
• Turn structured and unstructured datasets into mission-critical workflows and insights.
• Own projects end-to-end, from solution design through production, adoption, and measurable impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders across technical backgrounds.

Requirements

• Full-stack engineering experience building modern software or AI applications and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React, including component architecture, hooks, state management, and performance optimization.
• Experience building modern, responsive, accessible web applications.
• Experience building and maintaining production systems, ideally involving complex or large-scale data.
• Fluency with structured and unstructured datasets and the ability to translate data into action through code.
• Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, and product-thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI and Node.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Vite, Webpack, and frontend testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Spark, Palantir Foundry, or AIP.
• Exposure to production ML or LLM solutions.
