Modern Workplace Solutioning Lead (Microsoft 365)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; in-person collaboration is prioritized with flexibility for individual work styles and circumstances.

What you will do

• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, IT Directors, and other senior stakeholders to understand workplace strategies, employee experience challenges, and transformation objectives.
• Lead Modern Workplace consulting and solutioning engagements across service desk, digital employee experience, device management, workplace security, Microsoft 365, AVD, Windows 365, ServiceNow, automation, and managed services.
• Develop end-to-end strategies, operating models, service models, governance frameworks, transition and transformation plans, SLAs, XLAs, KPIs, and reporting structures.
• Create value propositions, business cases, proposals, executive presentations, commercial constructs, and differentiated solutions for strategic opportunities.
• Build pipeline and identify workplace transformation opportunities in collaboration with sales, account teams, delivery leaders, architects, commercial teams, and subject-matter experts.
• Mentor solution architects and team members on consultative solutioning, executive engagement, workplace transformation, and outcome-based propositions.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Modern Workplace consulting, solutioning, presales, managed services, workplace transformation, or IT outsourcing.
• Experience engaging with senior client stakeholders and shaping opportunities, client strategy, and pipeline development.
• Broad understanding of the end-to-end Modern Workplace ecosystem, including employee experience, automation, AI, security, identity, collaboration, endpoint management, and modern workplace architectures.
• Experience developing RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution designs, executive presentations, business cases, and commercial propositions.
• Strong understanding of managed services operating models, governance, service management, transition and transformation, workplace outsourcing, and outcome-based commercial models.
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience in a large global systems integrator, IT services organization, or workplace managed services environment.
