Senior Consultant - Professional Services (Reconciliations) - Arabic Speaker (Fintech)

Location: Dubai, UAE; travel across the UAE, GCC, and Middle East may be required for client delivery.

What you will do

• Lead and support implementations of enterprise reconciliation and transaction matching solutions.
• Review current-state processes and design target-state reconciliation operating models.
• Gather and document business, operational, functional, and technical requirements.
• Configure workflows, matching rules, exception management, dashboards, and reporting.
• Support integrations with banking, payments, treasury, ERP, accounting, and financial systems.
• Facilitate workshops, testing, training, go-live, and post-production hypercare with client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Native, fluent, or business-fluent Arabic is mandatory, with strong written and verbal English.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting reconciliation and transaction matching solutions.
• Experience with an enterprise reconciliation platform such as hirify.global IntelliMatch, SmartStream TLM, Duco, BlackLine, Gresham, Trintech, or Oracle Reconciliation.
• End-to-end software implementation experience covering requirements, solution design, configuration, integration support, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Experience with banks, financial institutions, payment service providers, fintech organizations, treasury functions, or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation operations, banking and payments workflows, financial controls, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global IntelliMatch, reconciliation transformation, automation, or operational control improvement.
• Knowledge of Nostro, Vostro, cash, GL, card, ATM, payment, treasury, liquidity, securities, and intercompany reconciliation.
• Knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, SQL, data analysis, file-based or API-based integrations, and banking message formats.
• Familiarity with Agile, waterfall, and enterprise software delivery frameworks.
