Industry GTM Lead - Engineering (AI)

What you will do

• Qualify and shape AI opportunities with account teams from initial discussions through deal closure.
• Lead discovery and qualification sessions, matching customer needs with relevant industrial AI capabilities.
• Configure and deliver solution demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and proofs of concept.
• Build, customize, and extend AI prototypes for specific customer requirements.
• Advise executive, technical, and operational stakeholders on medium- and long-term AI opportunities.
• Influence go-to-market execution and product roadmap priorities through customer insights.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in presales, consulting, or technology solution roles.
• Experience with AI, applied data science, or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to position and deliver complex enterprise solutions that create measurable business value.
• Strong industry knowledge in at least one vertical: aerospace and defense, energy, utilities and resources, manufacturing, engineering, construction and infrastructure, transport, or telecommunications.
• Experience in requirements analysis, solution design, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
