Implementation Team Lead

Location: Office-based in Noida, India

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, train, and retain a team of up to five analysts and subject matter experts.
• Manage team performance and identify opportunities for operational and process improvements.
• Support client onboarding using Clearwater Way methodologies and the Client Engagement Model.
• Act as an escalation point for important client and operational inquiries.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and handovers between Sales, Global Delivery, and steady-state Operations.
• Coordinate operational teams across different time zones while managing people and implementation projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing and leading implementation teams.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of securities and financial markets.
• Experience with accounting and reporting for fixed income, structured products, and/or derivatives.
• Experience with project management tools and MS SQL or similar relational databases.
• Intermediate technical skills with Clarizen, Salesforce, Insight Squared, Paylocity, and Microsoft Office, along with strong documentation, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
