Principal Strategic Optimization Consultant

Salary: $132,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with customers to apply the Transformation Framework and develop digital transformation roadmaps using hirify.global.
• Assess current-state accounting processes, challenge existing approaches, and design optimized solutions and process architectures.
• Generate pipeline and independently close billable consulting engagements, connecting customer challenges with hirify.global services and solutions.
• Deliver process redesign, transformation consulting, executive strategy sessions, webinars, and other thought leadership.
• Document reusable process optimization use cases and provide coaching and guidance to consultants working on complex optimizations.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and internal departments on adoption, services revenue, expansion, referenceability, and customer retention.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, or accounting and auditing software solutions.
• 6+ years of customer-facing experience and 5+ years of hirify.global experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of hirify.global solutions and strong expertise in accounting practices, internal controls, and process optimization.
• Strong communication, presentation, listening, relationship-building, analytical, and solution-focused skills.
• Ability to work confidently with incomplete information, adapt to changing priorities, and architect solutions for complex customer challenges.

Nice to have

• Recognized process optimization and solution architecture experience with limited customer documentation.
• Strong value communication and leadership skills.
• CPA, CIA, or a related professional accounting certification.
• Self-motivation, curiosity, prioritization, and time management skills.
