Operating Delivery Manager (SAP)

Location: US-DE-Wilmington; hybrid schedule with on-site presence required 3 days per week and remote work available 2 days per week

Salary: $135,840–$212,250 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits

What you will do

• Lead and develop a global IT delivery team of process and functional specialists.
• Implement new operating and business engagement models and support process alignment with the future state.
• Set team goals, track performance, and develop employee skills through a growth mindset.
• Hire, retain, and develop talent.
• Manage quarterly expense targets, project financial forecasting, and resource utilization.
• Maintain knowledge repositories, support continuous improvement, and coordinate delivery demand and emerging demand planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, MCA, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience managing SAP/IT system implementations.
• At least 2 years of people management or comparable leadership experience.
• Experience with resource planning, operational performance, and financial oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience managing an annual IT budget exceeding $2 million.
• Functional or consulting experience with SAP application components.
