Technical Delivery Manager (State & Local Government)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; expected to work in the office 4–5 days per week. Willingness to travel up to 20% annually for customer engagement is required.

Base salary: $125,000–$250,000 USD per year, plus potential government clearance differential and discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage and deliver innovative solutions built on the hirify.global platform.
• Lead agile delivery for hirify.global-led engagements, including risk management and impediment removal.
• Manage strategic customer accounts, including project, financial, relationship, and opportunity management.
• Partner with sales, customers, partners, and Customer Success teams to drive growth and measurable business results.
• Define projects and use cases, position services, generate demand, and develop account strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting State and Local Government contracts.
• 5+ years of experience in an agile delivery environment, including at least 1 year leading a team.
• Experience managing a book of business with financial management tools and metrics.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology programs and collaborating with architects and product designers.
• Ability to understand strategic customer goals, develop application roadmaps, build business cases, and create value-based proposals.
• B.S. or B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, pharmaceuticals, insurance, or manufacturing.
• Software consulting experience in ERP, CRM, BPM/workflow, data integration architecture, or EAI.
• Applied knowledge of enterprise architecture and data management.
• Experience with value-selling methods.
