Senior Manager, Total Rewards

What you will do

• Own compensation strategy, including salary structures, ranges, bands, leveling, and market benchmarking.
• Design and manage health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing programs, including renewals and open enrollment.
• Partner with Finance on compensation budgets, merit and promotion cycles, equity planning, and cost modeling.
• Advise Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on offers, leveling, and equitable pay decisions.
• Build pay-equity practices, compensation analytics, reporting, and compliance processes across multiple U.S. states and job families.
• Define compensation and benefits processes with the Workday Analyst and build the founding Total Rewards team.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
• Experience designing or substantially managing salary structures, bands, or market benchmarking.
• Experience administering or designing benefits programs, including renewals or open enrollment.
• Working knowledge of compensation and benefits compliance across multiple U.S. states, including FLSA, pay equity, and pay transparency.
• Strong people analytics skills and the ability to communicate recommendations to senior leaders and non-specialist stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site at hirify.global’s Austin, TX campus.

Nice to have

• Total rewards experience in a high-growth or scaling company.
• Total rewards or compensation certification such as SHRM Total Rewards Specialty, CCP, or CEBS.
• Experience with Workday compensation and benefits tools.
• Experience across engineering, technology, skilled trades, manufacturing, government, or defense job families.
• People management experience or readiness to build and lead a function.
