Technical Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; in person at the San Francisco HQ 5 days a week, with one company-wide remote week per month

Salary: $175,000–$300,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Define technical product positioning for hirify.global's platform, capabilities, and use cases.
• Translate research breakthroughs into customer-facing product narratives, demos, launches, and use-case materials.
• Plan and execute launches for platform capabilities, research milestones, customer proof points, and vertical offerings.
• Create decks, demo narratives, technical one-pagers, FAQs, objection-handling materials, case studies, and sales enablement content.
• Analyze buyer workflows, customer pain points, competitive alternatives, and emerging AI development patterns to inform product and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to practitioners and executive audiences.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, supported by examples of launches, technical content, product narratives, demos, or sales materials.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to simplify complex workflows without losing technical depth.
• Experience collaborating with research, product, engineering, sales, and customer-facing technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-paced, early-stage startup.
• Experience with state-of-the-art AI models and technical or enterprise audiences.
• Familiarity with AI interpretability techniques and state-of-the-art model tooling.
