Technical Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week

Salary: $140,000–$185,000 base salary per year, plus performance bonus and equity

What you will do

• Develop deep technical fluency across hirify.global’s software, AI systems, developer capabilities, and hardware.
• Translate technical functionality, AI concepts, specifications, and use cases into accurate customer benefits, product stories, FAQs, demos, and educational materials.
• Define audiences, value propositions, positioning, message houses, use cases, and product narratives for products including hirify.global Intelligence, hirify.global Teams, and hirify.global Developer.
• Own go-to-market architecture for software products, AI capabilities, and major feature releases, including objectives, messaging, channels, assets, rollout plans, and success measures.
• Coordinate Product, AI, Engineering, Design, Creative, Growth, Communications, Sales, Support, and regional teams throughout launches.
• Use customer feedback, product data, sales and support insights, reviews, and competitor research to improve messaging, education, adoption, and roadmap recommendations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, engineering, developer relations, solutions engineering, or related roles.
• Experience owning meaningful projects from an ambiguous starting point through delivery.
• Ability to read technical documentation, understand product behavior, and work credibly with Product, AI, and Engineering teams.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex ideas clear, structured, and compelling.
• Strong knowledge of positioning, value propositions, feature-to-benefit translation, customer use cases, product storytelling, and cross-functional project leadership.
• Fluency with AI tools for research, synthesis, writing, prototyping, and execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI applications, developer products, productivity software, collaboration tools, or technically sophisticated consumer products.
• Experience with product-led or self-serve customer journeys.
• Experience combining software, AI, and hardware into a unified product narrative.
• Hands-on experience with coding, APIs, technical prototypes, or developer tools.
• Familiarity with product analytics, adoption metrics, subscription models, lifecycle marketing, responsible AI, privacy, security, and trust.
