Training Specialist - Independent Contractor

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Hybrid work model with onsite attendance expected at least 50% of the time for candidates within commuting distance of a hirify.global office location.

What you will do

• Deliver engaging initial and ongoing product training through virtual conferences, webinars, group sessions, individual sessions, and in-person workshops.
• Use tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and BigMarker to manage training delivery.
• Create learning resources, customer-facing training videos, and other educational content using tools such as iSpring and Iorad.
• Observe customer interactions and identify appropriate lead-generation opportunities.
• Log training activities accurately and handle customer requests, queries, and related administrative work.
• Travel occasionally for professional development, customer workshops, or internal meetings.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to excellent service.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• High energy, professionalism, resourcefulness, and the ability to remain calm in unexpected situations.
• Ability to work under the stated hybrid model and onsite at least 50% of the time when within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

Nice to have

• Experience creating learning content or training materials.
• Experience with iSpring, Iorad, and video editing.
