Software Trainer (Enterprise Benefits Software)

Location: Remote, with approximately 25% travel within the U.S. and Canada; East Coast candidates strongly preferred

hirify.global develops proprietary enterprise benefits administration software for the Taft-Hartley industry.

What you will do

• Own customer-facing training engagements and serve as the primary training point of contact.
• Learn complex, highly configurable software and customer-specific configurations to build and facilitate training curricula.
• Deliver interactive synchronous training virtually through Teams and Zoom and at customer sites.
• Develop and maintain e-learning modules, exercises, job aids, quick-reference guides, and process documentation.
• Manage training schedules, monitor learner progress, and gather feedback from customer accounts.
• Collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts, leadership, and cross-functional teams to improve training content and delivery.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience delivering technology-based training to adult learners and developing curricula.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or strong knowledge of instructional design techniques.
• Experience as a software trainer, with strong presentation, communication, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently learn complex software and translate product knowledge into training for internal and external audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple training sessions, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with modern training methods, tools, and techniques.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Taft-Hartley industry and with enterprise-class software solutions.
• Certification in training or learning and development.
