Client Training Specialist (Childcare and Education Software)

Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia; hybrid model with 2–3 days per week in the office and the remainder working from home

What you will do

• Deliver engaging and accurate customer training through webinars, expert hours, and one-to-one sessions.
• Curate and improve external training materials to reflect customer needs and sector trends.
• Manage the education division’s Learning Management System and keep content current and accessible.
• Develop approaches that encourage customers to adopt and gain value from the software.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the education software, new features, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver adoption-focused projects and training during product or government-mandated changes.

Requirements

• Experience in software training or support, including CCMS or PES software, and educating diverse customers.
• Experience implementing or maintaining a Learning Management System.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions using company software.
• Understanding of customer challenges when learning and adapting to new software while remaining compliant.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and adaptability skills.
• Must be legally authorised to work in Australia; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Background in early childhood education or the childcare sector.
• Strong understanding of CCS software.
