Italian-English Language Rehearsal Assistant

Location: Los Angeles, United States. Virtual Zoom rehearsals and in-person work at the LA studio.

Compensation: $35 per hour, depending on related experience. Project-based contract.

What you will do

• Read Italian and English scripts from a teleprompter during virtual and in-studio rehearsals and shoots.
• Monitor the bilingual actor's reading and ensure accurate delivery of language concepts and phrases.
• Guide the actor during script-reading rehearsals.
• Assist the director during production of interactive app-based video lessons.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in both Italian and English.
• Neutral Italian accent and expert reading comprehension.
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
• Ability to coordinate and follow directions.
• Live in Los Angeles, have access to transportation, and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Italian learned only in high school or college does not qualify.
