E-Learning Developer (6 Month Contract)

Location: United States; U.S. work authorization or eligibility for required ITAR authorizations is required.

What you will do

• Develop Storyline 360 and Rise 360 courses from approved storyboards and instructional design plans.
• Produce instructional videos, motion graphics, and graphic assets for technical and compliance training.
• Configure, publish, and test SCORM-compliant courses in an LMS.
• Apply branding, accessibility, quality, and instructional standards; conduct self-reviews before stakeholder review.
• Use generative AI tools for ideation, scripting, drafting, and production while maintaining accuracy.
• Update existing learning content and collaborate with learning designers, subject matter experts, trainers, and Talent Development colleagues.

Requirements

• Technical proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Technical proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
• 3–5+ years of experience developing technical training content, instructional materials, or eLearning solutions.
• Experience with instructional video, motion graphics, accessibility standards, and digital content creation.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the authorizations required under ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Adobe After Effects, Runway, or other AI-assisted creative tools.
• Cornerstone or another enterprise LMS, Jira, and SharePoint.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, engineering, or technical operations environments.
• Knowledge of WCAG, ADA, Section 508, adult learning principles, Agile delivery, ITAR, and CUI handling.
• Portfolio with interactive eLearning modules, instructional video, motion graphics, or graphic design examples.
