TL;DR

Location: San Francisco, United States; in-office five days a week is essential

Salary: $120K–$180K gross annual compensation

hirify.global is a vertically integrated aerospace company developing supersonic aircraft, propulsion systems, and high-speed flight operations.

What you will do

  • Own daily operations across design, manufacturing, test/prototyping, and office sites.
  • Manage facility upgrades involving electrical systems, compressed air, and equipment installations.
  • Manage contractors and vendors from quoting and scheduling through quality control and closeout.
  • Run preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and site readiness for engineering, manufacturing, and test operations.
  • Drive small-to-mid-sized capital projects from requirements through commissioning.
  • Support site transitions, new facility build-outs, deployments, closeouts, and handovers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in plant or facilities operations, ideally in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing.
  • Hands-on fluency with industrial electrical systems, compressed air, and building systems.
  • Ability to read building drawing sets and create contractor and vendor proposals.
  • Experience managing trades and contractors in an active production environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in the San Francisco office five days a week.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting propulsion, engine, manufacturing, or test operations.
  • CMMS experience and EHS certification.
  • Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, ASME, OSHA, IBC/CBC, codes, and permitting.
  • Electrician, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, construction, or related certifications and licenses.
  • Experience with lifting and rigging or interest in field operations.
