Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Planning (Biomanufacturing)

Location: USA - OH - West Chester

Salary: $75,000–$112,500 per year

What you will do

• Own routine and ad-hoc reporting on delivery, cost, production, inventory, and quality metrics for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze inventory, raw material consumption, safety stock, supplier lead times, and warehouse capacity to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead capacity modeling initiatives for new products, storage locations, and warehousing requirements.
• Support SAP transactions, BOM and Master Recipe setup, ERP master data queries, and material requirements planning processes.
• Track vendor performance, manage supply issues and non-conforming materials, and collaborate on deviations and supplier complaints.
• Manage planning documentation, facilitate Material Review Board meetings, and lead continuous improvement and cross-site standardization initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience or academic background in pharmaceutical or related industry supply chain management.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, independent, and able to prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Knowledge of SAP, Material Requirements Planning, and advanced planning systems related to pharmaceutical production is preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP, SHEHS, and SOX policies and regulations is preferred.
• Work authorization or visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with demand management in a Lean Manufacturing or Operations environment.
