Lead Software Engineer (AEM & Forms)

Location: US-DE-Wilmington; hybrid schedule with on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday

Salary: $127,680–$199,500 per year in the US; an additional Canadian pay range of $119,196–$186,244 per year is listed, along with bonus, stock, and benefits eligibility.

What you will do

• Design, build, integrate, and support frontend applications and reusable experience components for hirify.global.com.
• Develop DA.live Blocks and experience patterns for content authoring, product discovery, catalogs, personalization, and guided customer journeys.
• Build Adobe Forms capabilities for lead capture, customer workflows, guided interactions, request flows, and digital self-service.
• Integrate frontend experiences with AEM content models, APIs, catalog and personalization services, analytics, and enterprise platforms.
• Act as a Technical Product Owner when needed by shaping backlog priorities, technical acceptance criteria, and delivery trade-offs with Product Leaders.
• Guide engineers and contribute to architecture, testing, performance optimization, release readiness, production support, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience building customer-facing web applications, frontend platforms, or enterprise digital experiences.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe DA.live, Adobe Edge Delivery Services, Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service, and Adobe Forms.
• Strong skills in modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, accessibility, browser performance, and reusable component development.
• Experience with frontend design systems, DA.live Blocks, content-driven architectures, authoring models, APIs, catalog services, personalization, analytics, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience delivering performant, secure, SEO-conscious, and globally scalable web experiences, with automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, debugging, and production support.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, web development, or equivalent practical experience, plus strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTL, AWS services, AEM Assets, Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK or Mobile SDK.
• Adobe Experience Platform certification or equivalent certification.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, and AI-assisted development techniques.
