What you will do

• Support projects enabling high-speed processing of large volumes of market and reference data across .NET, Python, C++, and infrastructure systems.
• Analyze exchange infrastructure and market-data changes that may affect trading and business operations.
• Coordinate exchange-driven system enhancements and ensure delivery within required timeframes.
• Support software delivery and system improvements using suitable agile methodologies.
• Maintain project tracking and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and create scripts and tools that streamline project-management workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM degree preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in application or systems implementation, technical business analysis, or project management.
• Ability to understand system architecture, trace data flows, and assess cross-system impacts.
• Solid understanding of technical workflows and the ability to work autonomously.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle required.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, including JQL, and Confluence.
• Experience with Kanban or Scrum.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Shell scripting.
