Regional Manager, Virginia

Location: Washington, District of Columbia, United States. Office-first model requiring employees to be onsite at least four days per week.

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 USD annually, plus potential healthcare benefits, 401(k), insurance coverage, stock options, and bonus plans.

What you will do

• Oversee regional operating plans, budgets, reforecasts, and financial and operational goals.
• Monitor location performance and profitability across the assigned region.
• Build client relationships, address concerns, manage budget discrepancies, maximize revenue, and ensure contract compliance.
• Improve client satisfaction and retention through feedback programs, facility audits, and retention plans.
• Manage the full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, onboard new clients, and expand existing accounts.
• Mentor subordinates, implement development plans, address performance issues, and support talent advancement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple locations, stores, or properties.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding budgets, developing new business, and building strong client relationships.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, KPI, contract structure, and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to explain complex financial information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Parking industry experience.
• Experience with budgeting software, Salesforce, or P&L review systems.
