Sr. Regional Manager - LIHTC

Location: Candidate must reside in Colorado; properties are located throughout Colorado State, with weekly travel across the assigned portfolio.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year

Property management services are provided to property owners and residents, with a focus on real estate operations and affordable housing communities.

What you will do

• Oversee assigned communities and provide strategic leadership to Regional Managers responsible for additional portfolios.
• Supervise, coach, develop, hire, and evaluate Regional Managers and on-site personnel.
• Manage relationships with third-party ownership groups and present operational results, financial performance, business plans, and recommendations.
• Monitor LIHTC compliance, inspections, resident files, property conditions, maintenance, safety, and risk management.
• Analyze occupancy, leasing, rent collections, delinquency, expenses, budgets, and NOI, and implement corrective action plans.
• Approve financial reports, payroll, invoices, contracts, budgets, and property improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum five consecutive years of property management experience as a Regional Manager overseeing at least five properties.
• Direct experience with LIHTC and other affordable housing programs in Colorado.
• Current Real Estate Salesperson License in good standing.
• Valid driver's license, operational vehicle, and valid automobile insurance.
• Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; advanced Excel is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, decision-making, leadership, and interpersonal skills; ability to travel weekly and respond after hours in emergencies.

Nice to have

• A four-year college degree, or relevant experience and industry designations in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of Yardi Residential.
