Supply Chain Leader

Location: Sunnyvale, United States; on-site. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $250,000–$325,000 per year, with individual pay based on skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-native, data-driven cybersecurity infrastructure platform that combines storage, compute, AI, and security in a vertically integrated system designed to run within customer environments.

What you will do

• Build the supplier ecosystem, sourcing strategy, manufacturing approach, and supply chain for hirify.global’s first product.
• Identify, qualify, negotiate with, and manage contract manufacturers, EMS partners, and strategic suppliers.
• Partner with Engineering from early product development through NPI, ensuring design-for-manufacturability and supply availability.
• Lead manufacturing readiness from prototype builds through production launch and resolve issues affecting product milestones.
• Own the end-to-end flow of materials, including purchasing, inbound logistics, and material availability for engineering and manufacturing.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, and executive leadership to balance cost, quality, speed, and supply continuity.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and product operations.
• Experience building and launching complex hardware products from prototype through production.
• Deep experience with contract manufacturers, EMS partners, and strategic suppliers across global regions.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Strong partnership with Engineering throughout NPI and product development.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
