Manufacturing Supplier Manager

What you will do

• Own the integration of key suppliers into the production system, ensuring capacity, quality, and delivery align with build plans.
• Manage the onboarding, data connections, and launch readiness for new suppliers.
• Drive supplier performance through rigorous scorecards, escalations, and structured recovery plans.
• Connect supplier processes to internal ERP and MRP flows to automate forecasts and releases.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA.
• Proven experience managing supplier launches or integration within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recover failing suppliers using structured interventions.
• Experience connecting supplier processes to ERP and MRP systems.
• Strong data-driven approach to supplier performance management.

Nice to have

• Experience with APQP and PPAP methodologies.
• Background in fabricated and mechanical categories.
• Familiarity with multi-tier visibility tools and contract manufacturing.
