Key Account Manager (Mandarin and English): Managing client relationships and logistics-service accounts across onboarding, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and SLA administration with an accent on customer satisfaction, fulfillment operations, and international client communication. What you will do
- Onboard new clients, lead initial meetings, and train them on logistics services.
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular performance and planning meetings.
- Act as the primary contact for client issues, diagnosing problems and coordinating solutions.
- Monitor account KPIs, including delivery times, order accuracy, and inventory levels.
- Maintain client contracts and Service Level Agreements in line with current services and expectations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or logistics customer-facing operations.
- Experience with 3PL, ecommerce, fulfillment, or retail operations is highly desirable.
- Business-related degree or equivalent experience; a college degree is not required.
- Exposure to global customers and international markets.
- Fluent English and Mandarin are required.
