What you will do

  • Identify, develop, and maximize penetration of accounts within specific product lines or geographic areas.
  • Build, maintain, and constantly develop long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets as allocated by the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure the timely collection of accounts receivable.
  • Support the Sales Manager in sales and marketing planning and strategy development.
  • Assist in providing training to sales and sales support staff.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of strong track record in direct sales and account management.
  • University degree holder.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
  • Strong relational and sales skills with knowledge of sales methodologies.
  • Existing network of relationships within related industries is a definite advantage.
