What you will do

• Lead end-to-end investigations and resolution of product and service non-conformances at customer sites.
• Facilitate cross-functional root-cause analysis using 5 Why, 8D, and related structured problem-solving methods.
• Define, coordinate, and verify corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Analyze quality and operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Apply Lean, TPS, and continuous-improvement principles to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Build alignment across departments while balancing customer expectations, technical realities, and business priorities.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Computing, or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, design engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional investigations through corrective-action implementation.
• Experience improving products, processes, or customer outcomes in a manufacturing, industrial, automation, or technology environment.
• Practical experience with Lean, TPS, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills; working knowledge of 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, risk assessment, SCAT, and statistical analysis.
