Construction Specialist

Location: Must be located in Dallas, Texas, United States; onsite position.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually.

hirify.global is an end-to-end investment platform for single-family rental homes, combining real estate investment services with technology. The Construction Team manages more than 600 property renovation and turn projects each month through a national vendor network and local market teams.

What you will do

• Review inspection data, contractor scopes, budgets, and pricing for accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness.
• Develop, negotiate, and finalize detailed scopes of work aligned with construction standards, market pricing, budgets, and SLAs.
• Monitor multiple turn and renovation projects through project management systems, field feedback, videos, and photographic inspections.
• Review and approve change orders while maintaining cost control, quality, and project timelines.
• Communicate daily with vendors, field dispatchers, service managers, property managers, asset managers, and other stakeholders.
• Support due diligence, vendor performance analysis, pricing libraries, process improvements, documentation, and internal training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction, renovation, or property management, preferably with single-family rental turns and rehabs.
• Experience writing, reviewing, and negotiating detailed scopes of work and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, pricing norms, inspection procedures, and building systems.
• Ability to create remote scopes from video- or photo-based inspections and manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with construction or project management software such as NavigateAI, SiteCapture, RenoWalk, BuilderTrend, or Procore.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; H-1B visa sponsorship is not available.
