Professional Services Consulting Professional - AutoBid

Location: Remote within the United States; position listed in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Approximately 25% travel across North America is required.

What you will do

• Lead interactive virtual and in-person training sessions for estimator groups.
• Analyze client business goals and design customized AutoBid software workflows.
• Implement configurations that address complex operational challenges.
• Help mechanical and sheet metal contractors integrate estimating technology into daily operations.
• Collaborate with development teams and provide customer feedback to improve AutoBid.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry.
• Advanced proficiency with hirify.global AutoBid Mechanical or Sheet Metal estimating software.
• At least 2 years of classroom or technical training experience.
• At least 2 years of software consulting experience and the ability to analyze business requirements.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% across North America.

Nice to have

• Four-year degree in construction or engineering.
• Experience using AI and modern productivity tools to improve training delivery.
• Certified journeyperson or technologist background.
