What you will do
- Deliver product and workflow coaching that helps strategic customers adopt solutions and activate key workflows.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
- Serve as a technical trusted advisor by demonstrating product expertise and thought leadership.
- Develop and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets aligned with quality standards.
- Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions for end users, including workflow guidance and best-practice sharing.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in construction or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in architectural, construction, or related engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of construction industry needs and workflows.
- Expert production-environment knowledge of Takeoff, Estimate, BuildingConnected, Forma Data Management, Bid Board, TradeTapp, and ProEst.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to live or virtual audiences.
- Fluency in English required. Experience training others or creating learning materials, plus the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Technical consulting or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers.
- Knowledge of additional Construction and Architecture solutions.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative, proactive approach.
