Rhumbix Professional Services Consultant (Construction Technology)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel to customer sites may be required.

Salary: $92,000–$164,560 base salary per year, with potential bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise and mid-market construction customers.
• Run discovery sessions and translate customer workflows into configured digital forms and operational processes.
• Configure the Rhumbix platform and deliver training for office administrators and field users.
• Support CSV and ERP payroll data integrations, including integrations with Sage.
• Collaborate with account executives on technical demonstrations and relay customer feedback to product and development teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in professional services, implementation consulting, customer success, or solutions consulting.
• Experience with construction technology, field operations, workforce management, or SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of construction workflows, labor tracking, payroll, or project operations.
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel to customer sites as needed.
