Technical Education Specialist (AI)

Location: Livingston, NJ; New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; Bellevue, WA; or San Francisco, CA. Access to export-controlled information requires U.S. person status, eligibility without export authorization, or eligibility and reasonable likelihood of obtaining the required authorization.

Salary: $134,000–$179,000 base salary per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits based on eligibility.

What you will do

• Maintain Education Hub content through updates, cleanup, formatting, tagging, and publishing support.
• Coordinate recurring Lunch and Learns, engineering demos, and other technical education programs.
• Manage speaker logistics, scheduling, notes, recordings, and publication of session resources.
• Audit existing content for accuracy, freshness, broken links, usability, and structure, then remediate issues.
• Research, draft, and prepare content for new learning initiatives.
• Track requests and follow-up items while improving recurring workflows and content discoverability.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating recurring programs, events, or training sessions, including speaker scheduling and follow-up.
• Experience creating and maintaining written content in Confluence, Notion, a CMS, or a comparable documentation platform.
• Experience applying documentation style guides, templates, or editorial standards consistently.
• Background in technical education, developer enablement, or internal training at an infrastructure, cloud, or software company.
• Familiarity with cloud, Kubernetes, GPU, or AI/ML concepts sufficient to follow and summarize engineering content.
• Experience with instructional design, content auditing, issue tracking in Jira or a comparable system, and collaboration with subject matter experts.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise search and content discoverability.
• Experience publishing recordings, notes, and slides, including basic post-production and captioning.
• Experience reporting on attendance, engagement, and content-freshness metrics.
