Transformation Project Consultant - Remote Opportunity

Salary: $100,205–$150,307 per year

What you will do

• Manage complex, large-scale transformation, change facilitation, and process improvement initiatives from inception through close-out.
• Define project scope, requirements, roles, responsibilities, funding, resources, timelines, and deliverables across matrixed and geographically dispersed teams.
• Maintain risk and issue registers, lead mitigation and problem resolution, and communicate status to executives, sponsors, governance groups, and project teams.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, prepare business plans and executive presentations, and support strategic, financial, and operational decision-making.
• Manage project budgets, staffing plans, resources, and post-project closure activities.
• Lead and mentor analysts and project members while embedding continuous process improvement into transformation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of product line or technology solution experience, including at least five years managing complex projects and interfacing with executive leadership.
• Experience across four or more business operations disciplines, with expert knowledge in at least two, such as project management, financial management, process improvement, change leadership, or healthcare administration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, presentation, written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing and managing project budgets, staffing needs, technology solutions, and system-wide applications.
• Must be located in the United States based on the stated Livonia, Michigan location.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP certification, Lean practitioner certification, or Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and MS Project.
