Strategic Project Manager - Medicaid Capture Management (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; Monday–Friday during Eastern Standard Time with flexible scheduling, occasional nights and weekends, and 10–25% travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Establish and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, trackers, and tools covering priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decision points.
• Improve governance structures, templates, ways of working, and project management practices across strategic growth initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level status updates, leadership presentations, key insights, and decision-support materials.
• Manage the central project site and documentation to keep materials organized, current, accessible, and aligned with team standards.
• Use Copilot, Power Automate, and similar automation tools to simplify workflows and improve collaboration and efficiency.
• Research and synthesize contracts, regulations, market insights, and partner input into actionable deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management support experience for strategy and cross-functional projects, including at least one year with a Medicaid managed care organization.
• Proficiency with project tracking and productivity tools such as SharePoint, Lucid, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
• Experience driving large-scale, highly matrixed workstreams across multiple functions, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or related technology and automation solutions.
• Experience developing executive communications, leadership presentations, status reports, and decision-support materials.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and strategic considerations while supporting informed decision-making.

Nice to have

• PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or a related certification.
• Management consulting, healthcare consulting, or strategic planning experience.
