Machine Learning Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Collaborate with the core development team to bring machine learning systems into production.
• Design and train models on large-scale clinical datasets.
• Integrate LLMs, ASR, RAG, embeddings, and other AI capabilities into real medical workflows.
• Evaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune models for clinical use cases.
• Apply federated machine learning frameworks for privacy-preserving training.
• Own the reliability, performance, and quality of production AI features while building robust ML pipelines on high-performance computing infrastructure.

Requirements

• Degree in informatics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong coding background.
• Hands-on experience deploying machine learning systems to production.
• Experience with PyTorch, LangChain, Pydantic, LLMs, ASR models, RAG pipelines, and vector databases such as Qdrant.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• GitHub contributions.
• Publications at top conferences or demonstrated cutting-edge results in applied machine learning, such as speech recognition or NLP.
