AI Engineer (Python)

What you will do

• Train, test, and ship models powering recommendations for improving customer visibility in AI search.
• Develop algorithms that analyze AI search behavior and turn findings into actionable product recommendations.
• Own the model lifecycle from experimentation through production deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate ML solutions into backend systems.
• Design and implement pipelines for ingesting, processing, and analyzing large data volumes.

Requirements

• Proven backend development experience with Python, including APIs, data pipelines, or ML infrastructure.
• Experience with FastAPI, Docker, and cloud platforms; GCP is preferred.
• Strong understanding and curiosity about LLMs, including the ability to reverse-engineer AI search behavior.
• Experience taking projects from research to production in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers and stakeholders.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, HuggingFace, PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, and backend data services is relevant to the stack.
