Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ML, AI, NLP, or data-related fields.
• Strong applied ML and coding skills.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with autonomy.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• MSc or PhD in an ML-related field or equivalent knowledge.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping ML user-facing products.
• Deep experience in applicable ML areas like NLP or deep learning.
• Data skills including visualization and SQL.
• Experience in recruiting ML scientists.
