Processing Lead (Collectibles)

Location: Onsite at the Santa Ana, California office; Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Hourly compensation: $23–$26.

hirify.global provides grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales services for trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, tickets, and memorabilia through brands including PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee daily eBay operations while maintaining high standards for collectible handling and authentication workflows.
• Monitor team performance, exceptions, inbound and outbound mail, accuracy, inventory, and cycle counts.
• Set goals with supervisors and eBay leadership, facilitate huddles, and reassign duties as operational needs change.
• Coach team members, identify training needs, recognize strong performance, and support continuous learning.
• Resolve conflicts empathetically, communicate challenges early, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Champion company policies covering safety, attendance, security, and operational quality.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in collectibles grading or authentication, fragile-item handling, mail processing, shipping, art or antiques handling, or a similar field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and research skills.
• Decisive problem-solving, emotional intelligence, conflict-resolution, delegation, and coaching abilities.
• Integrity, respect, adaptability, punctuality, responsibility, and effective teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Ana, California, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
