Implementation Consultant NL/BE/UK - Ultimo

Location: Remote or hybrid in the country where you are located and work; you must be located in and legally allowed to work in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium. Travel to client sites may be required approximately 20–30% of the time.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end EAM implementations from initial analysis through successful go-live.
• Run customer workshops and guide stakeholders toward best-practice asset and maintenance processes.
• Translate business needs into scalable Ultimo configurations, including workflows, structures, integrations, and reporting.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining scope, quality, and timelines.
• Train and support users during platform adoption.
• Collaborate with consulting peers, product teams, and support, and contribute lessons learned to improve implementation practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing EAM or CMMS solutions such as Ultimo, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, hirify.global, or HxGN EAM.
• Experience in a consulting or project-driven environment.
• Understanding of maintenance, asset management, and reliability concepts.
• Ability to combine business insight with technical configuration.
• Confident communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent English and legal authorization to work in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium are required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
