Professional Services Consultant (Employee Experience)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid work arrangement with a preference for major business hubs in North America or Europe; willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

What you will do

• Advise clients on hirify.global products, features, systems, software development practices, and business processes.
• Define requirements, configure and customize enterprise software, and optimize solutions for client business goals.
• Build client relationships, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and support solution adoption.
• Identify and resolve complex business and technical issues with Solutions Architects.
• Contribute to projects from inception through completion, tracking scope, deliverables, budget, timelines, and risks.
• Create reporting, presentations, solution documentation, knowledge base articles, best practices, reusable assets, and templates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical or business consulting, professional services, enterprise software implementation, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise software configuration and customization, systems and integrations, data models, and business process workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data interpretation, presentation, documentation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies, including scope and workstream management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications such as PMP or ITIL are advantageous.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP or ITIL.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
