Director of Growth (AI)

Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid workplace

Salary: $170,000–$275,000 per year, including base and bonus; compensation may vary based on location or experience.

What you will do

• Own pipeline growth across inbound, performance, intent, events, brand, and other marketing channels.
• Plan, test, implement, and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Analyze the marketing funnel to identify high-value opportunities and improve inbound conversion.
• Partner with Product Marketing, SDRs, Sales, and Product teams on programs supporting all funnel stages.
• Identify and implement product features that improve engagement and conversion.
• Ensure marketing tools and infrastructure support effective growth measurement and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience with demand generation, marketing automation, and SEO tools.
• Strong understanding of AI applications beyond chat-based tools and the ability to identify new data and insight advantages.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong oral, visual, and written communication skills, including execution and review.
• Coordination and project management skills for handling complex projects in a dynamic technology startup environment.
