Director, AI Enablement (AI)

Location: Holtsville, New York, United States; hybrid work flexibility is available.

Salary: $177,920–$266,880 annual, plus a target annual cash incentive of 25% of base pay.

What you will do

• Establish and maintain a repeatable operating model for responsible internal AI adoption across Product & Solutions.
• Provide portfolio-level visibility into AI initiatives, identifying duplication, conflicting approaches, and opportunities to scale effective solutions.
• Maintain a reuse register for AI patterns, workflows, agents, vendors, and lessons learned.
• Translate enterprise AI governance, security, legal, and regulatory requirements into practical guidance for execution teams.
• Define measurement frameworks for AI adoption, productivity, and business outcomes in partnership with analytics teams.
• Lead and develop an internal business intelligence team while advising Product, Engineering, PMO, and executive leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a highly quantitative related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in product development, digital transformation, data science, analytics, or related domains with significant exposure to AI-enabled initiatives.
• 5+ years operating as part of a product development team.
• Experience delivering transformation initiatives across multiple business units or global geographies with verifiable impact metrics.
• Direct people-management experience leading data analytics, business intelligence, engineering, data science, or technical program/product management teams.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, large language models, data architecture, AI data readiness, and enterprise governance environments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent.
• Leadership of a significant cross-functional GenAI or automation initiative modernizing operational workflows.
• Experience influencing outcomes without direct authority and communicating complex topics to executive audiences.
