Senior Director, Personalization Data & AI (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with required on-site work at an hirify.global office in Acton, Massachusetts, United States

Annual base salary: $200,200–$300,250 for U.S.-based positions; incentive compensation may also apply.

What you will do

• Lead the global adoption of personalization data platforms and generative AI agents across customer-facing technologies and experiences.
• Shape the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, commercialization, and success metrics for AI products supporting Sales and Customer Experience.
• Design and develop AI models, libraries, model development protocols, reusable APIs, and user story-based agentic workflows.
• Partner with SaaS providers and business stakeholders to scale AI technologies across customer lifecycle, sales processes, and process automation.
• Establish Responsible AI practices integrated with AI risk assessment, legal compliance, and cybersecurity.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of data and AI technologies while building a cross-functional AI community of practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Neuroscience, or a related field; a Master’s degree or Ph.D. is strongly preferred.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience across analytics, engineering, and product teams, including large-scale cross-functional analytics programs.
• At least 5 years of experience deploying and integrating ML, AI, or generative AI models through microservices and APIs into production systems.
• At least 5 years of experience designing and managing analytical, knowledge graph, and search data platforms supporting personalization analytics, ML, and AI solutions.
• Experience managing relationships with third-party providers and partners and communicating complex technical concepts to executives and board members.
• Hybrid work requires regular on-site presence at an hirify.global office.
