Estimated hiring range: $135,200–$236,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the Revenue Intelligence roadmap for AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI and automation use cases across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Analytics, and Technology.
• Design, develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI-powered solutions in production.
• Build forecasting, propensity, recommendation, customer intelligence, and decision-support models.
• Develop LLM-powered and agentic AI applications and workflows to improve productivity and insight generation.
• Establish scalable delivery frameworks, measure business impact, and manage external vendors and contractors.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning or AI solutions in production environments.
• Experience with LLMs, agentic AI, predictive modeling, forecasting, recommendation systems, customer intelligence, or decision-support capabilities.
• Strong programming, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills, including Python and SQL.
• Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, and Power Platform.
• Experience working in large B2B organizations and collaborating with commercial analytics or go-to-market functions.

Nice to have

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience managing external vendors or consulting partners.
