Director Business Strategy – AI Product Line (AI)

Location: Onsite in Santa Clara, California; expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office.

Annual base salary: $211,000–$338,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Design and execute a global go-to-market strategy for the AI product line with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Translate LLMs, agents, and advanced data stacks into differentiated customer value propositions and solution narratives.
• Enable international sales teams, solution consultants, and channel partners with playbooks, messaging, and sales collateral.
• Represent the AI vision in executive customer meetings, industry events, and analyst briefings.
• Define and optimize KPIs for field readiness, customer adoption, and revenue acceleration.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management, product marketing, strategy, management consulting, or related go-to-market roles.
• Background in enterprise software, SaaS, data infrastructure, or high-growth enterprise technology.
• Deep knowledge of the AI/ML ecosystem, enterprise data infrastructure architectures, LLM orchestration, and modern data platforms.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts through executive-level narratives.
• Proven ability to influence engineering teams, senior field leaders, and international customers.
• Ability to work from the Santa Clara, California office under the company’s in-office policy.
