Senior Director - Product Marketing & Portfolio Strategy (AI)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, including base salary and bonus

What you will do

• Define and evolve solution portfolios across AI, data center, networking, end-user computing, and modern workplace domains.
• Develop portfolio marketing strategies, roadmaps, positioning, messaging architectures, and go-to-market plans.
• Use customer feedback, analyst research, competitive intelligence, partner insights, and business data to guide portfolio decisions.
• Lead event messaging, executive briefings, customer narratives, solution demonstrations, and sales enablement programs.
• Align product marketing, sales, services, partner, communications, campaign, and technical teams across strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Data Center Solutions Marketing Manager, Networking Solutions Marketing Manager, and Market Insights Analyst functions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, portfolio marketing, go-to-market strategy, business strategy, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Expertise in product marketing strategy, portfolio strategy, positioning, messaging architecture, and go-to-market planning for technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives, strategic planning, and executive-level programs.
• Strong executive communication, presentation development, stakeholder management, market analysis, and decision-support capabilities.
• Ability to travel to hirify.global, partner, and customer events up to 25%.
