Senior Director, Product Management (AI Defense and Intelligence)

Location: Onsite in Redwood City, California, or Tysons, Virginia, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.

Salary: $245,000–$310,000 USD per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead business and product activities for the hirify.global Defense and Intelligence product suite.
• Engage customers and market thought leaders to define product requirements, best practices, and strategic priorities.
• Build business cases and support product investment decisions.
• Develop product messaging, positioning, pricing, competitive analysis, and go-to-market plans.
• Create external thought leadership, webinars, solution guides, customer stories, demos, sales training, FAQs, and playbooks.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, QA, documentation, marketing, sales, professional services, and support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience delivering new products to market.
• At least 5 years of experience with defense applications and implementations.
• 1–2 years of experience in data management or AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of defense applications, intelligence use cases, the defense technology ecosystem, and warfighter and logistician end users.
• Excellent communication, presentation, product strategy, product marketing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• US military veteran or active-duty Reserve status.
• Experience with AI-based application development, digital marketing, content creation, and data-driven marketing programs.
