Director, Product Management, Tax Reporting (AI)

Location: USA - Remote; executive travel of 25–35% is required.

Salary: $160,000–$201,000 annual base salary, with potential additional bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise product strategy and 3–5 year roadmap for Tax Reporting solutions.
• Lead development of scalable tax management platforms integrating with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday, and cloud platforms.
• Define the AI-native roadmap, including trustworthy AI-assisted tax workflows, evaluation, governance, adoption, and retention measurement.
• Own portfolio performance, including bookings, ARR, margin, retention, expansion, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market execution.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and external stakeholders.
• Act as a market authority through customer advisory programs, executive briefings, industry events, regulatory panels, and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in enterprise tax management software, tax provisioning, global tax compliance, ASC, IFRS, and multinational tax requirements.
• 10+ years of B2B enterprise software product management experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership focused on financial, tax, or compliance solutions.
• Demonstrated experience delivering at least one AI-enabled capability to market and applying AI or GenAI to tax or finance workflows.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud-based products, enterprise architectures, financial data analytics, reporting, and ERP integrations.
• At least 5 years of experience building and managing high-performing product management and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, Pragmatic Marketing, CSPO, or Enterprise Tax Technology certification.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, enterprise security frameworks, transfer pricing, and multinational tax compliance.
